Administration/Finance Assistant 12month FTC
Where you will be working

What will you be doing?
- Production of invoices
- Correspondence relating to customer queries
- Some credit control
- Maintenance of database and accounts records
- Secretarial support
- Treasury filing and administration as requested
- General administration work and assistance to Finance and General management areas
- Reception duties as required

What you need:
- Previous experience in an office/adminiatration enviroment.
- Proficient with Microsoft office products (Excel and Word).
- Previous experience using an accounts system would be advantageous.
- Corporation currently uses Microsoft Great Plains as its accounts software.
Any prospective candidate would be expected to show some aptitude and interest in pursuing a career in finance or accounts.
