A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an HR Team Administrator to work at an exciting marketing media agency in the heart of London. This is a chance to work for a company renowned for being one of the most forward-thinking media agencies in the UK.

We are looking for an Administrator ideally with some HR experience, to come in on a temp to perm basis. You will be drafting all offer letters, dealing with reference requests, organising training, compiling and running reports and providing general administrative support to the team as required. There will be ad-hoc requests and you must have be able to deal with any needs that come through. You will be working alone 2 days a week so it is important you are a self-starter.

Our client is searching for a confident and articulate administrator with ideally 6 months to One years’ admin experience.  You will have excellent communication skills and be able to keep on top of deadlines and handle a number of tasks at any one time. Discretion is absolutely key in this role due to the sensitive nature of information you could have exposure too. We are looking for someone with emotional maturity and able to forge strong working relationships.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is available immediately to get stuck into a busy administration role. This role is available on a temp to perm basis.
