Business Support Assistant - Finance
It is with great excitement I write to inform you of a brand new role I have just picked up within an incredibly prestigious independent financial risk management consultancy. Inside their beautiful offices in the west end this is an incredible time to be joining as the company is growing rapidly.
The role is for a business support assistant to support the fee earners in the office whom are from all over the world. This role is very varied though as sometimes you will be working on projects elsewhere in the company. This is role is for a very driven, pro active go getter who takes pride in their work and the company they work for.
After just meeting with the HR manager I can safely say this is a role I myself would go for as the perks are endless. This is an incredible opportunity and one that will be filled quickly please do apply asap if this sounds like something you would like to go forward for.
KEY DUTIES:
Prepare, format, proof read, edit, print letters, reports, presentations, file notes, spreadsheets to house standard
Develop and maintain corporate standards for all client output/correspondence
Monitor and audit quality of document output
Print and bind documents and marketing material for client meetings
Upload client correspondence and data to practice management system
Upload data to email marketing system and produce weekly subscriber reports
Extensive diary management
Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings
Utilize the full potential of Microsoft Office suite to develop processes and standards across the organization
Champion and drive standards across the teams
Responsible for services and contractual arrangements provided by travel agents and maintaining log of travel costs
Organise and book travel arrangements: hotels, flights, trains, foreign visas, restaurants, conferences
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Excellent secretarial skills including excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft
Professional services background and financial services exposure essential
Excellent planning skills and an ability to effectively prioritise your workload and work autonomously
Excellent written and oral communications skills, able to establish yourself as a trusted expert within the business
Confident, proactive, resilient and able to work closely with a range of stakeholders
High standards; with an attention to detail and motivation to continuously exceed expectations
Full training will be given for the job-holder to be a Fire Warden and First-Aider for the office
