Our client, a rapidly growing Insurance firm, based in the City are looking for a professional, and well-presented Corporate Receptionist for their brand new offices. The role will be reporting into the Office Manager, and has the potential for the successful candidate to get more involved and take on additional duties. Please note that only candidates with prior Corporate Reception experience will be considered.

Duties & desired attributes:

  • Someone who enjoys reception and general office duties
  • Meeting guests in a very warm & professional manner
  • Operating switchboard in a warm confident manner
  • Booking and organising travel
  • Looking after clients and meeting rooms
  • Liaison with senior management & support if required
  • Managing Front of house, ensuring area is tidy, flowers ordered and tea/coffee facilities are stocked for guests/clients
  • Booking couriers, dealing with maintenance people etc.,
  • Administration ad hoc duties i.e. scanning, printing, power-point basic spreadsheet knowledge would be advantageous
  • Having a real eye for detail
