This fantastic Award Winning and highly successful Tech Start Up are looking for a tech savvy office hero; a bright, enthusiastic graduate who is a super organised individual & has a positive impact from the start. You will be the people's champion for the office, ensuring the office runs efficiently on a day to day basis and making the office environment an amazing, fun place to work. You will always want to do a great job and look for opportunities to create the best experience for the team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Office Management: maintaining office facilities with service providers, ordering stationery, equipment & supplies, meeting room management, desk management, keeping the office environment tidy and organised
Technical Support: set up new joiners and deactivate leavers on all software and hardware, the first point of contact to provide basic IT support for the team, be the video conferencing tool expert, responsible for the video conferencing technology in the meeting rooms
Office Culture: organise monthly and quarterly office events, support the ‘Chief Fun Officer’ on a quarterly basis, set up monthly company meetings, help support the General Manager with internal communications, celebrate birthdays and anniversaries, organise fruity Tuesdays, Friday beers, yoga sessions and any other ideas you come up with!
Team Assistant: provide diary management and travel support for London executive team, schedule and organise on boarding programme and assist with marketing and company events where necessary, manage and check expenses, on the ground support for any global executive when visiting London, recruitment co-ordination and HR admin.
The Successful candidate will have a willing to learn attitude and be part of a growing technology company, beTech Savvy - must not be afraid of technology!
Experience or aptitude to use Google Mail, Calendar and Drive, Microsoft Office, Apple products. Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to interact and be a real "go getter" and team player. You will be creative and able to think outside the box to solve problems, be able to turn ideas into actions, be energetic, proactive & motivated, must be super organised and able to multitask and thrive & adapt in a fast moving and changing environment.
