We have just taken on a dual role at a successful, but highly discreet private equity firm, who are looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their small team in their new Mayfair offices.

The EA duties will include managing extensive travel plans, diary management, scheduling conference and video conference calls across multi time zones, as well as processing expense reports and document production. There will also be other ad hoc administrative duties involved and roughly 20% of the role will include personal work.
The Office Management duties will include being the face of the company, meeting and greeting visitors, ordering office supplies, managing supplier relationships, dealing with all incoming and outgoing post, liaising with building management, co-ordinating business events and answering incoming queries.

The firm is very driven and all employees work incredibly hard, which will suit someone who wants to take the next step in their career and is hungry to succeed. They are ideally looking for someone with proven PA experience, possesses excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills but attitude, confidence and ambition will go a long way too. You should be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and be extremely proactive. Experience working within the financial services, legal or banking industry is a bonus.

The core hours are 9am - 6pm and for the right person they are willing to pay up to 50k with additional benefits.
