We have taken on a lovely new role as a Facilities and IT Co-ordinator at a prestigious, forward-thinking private equity firm in Victoria with around 150 people based in the London office.
 
As a Facilities and IT Co-ordinator, your main responsibilities will include; following the onboarding process to ensure new starters are all set up, maintenance of stock control, liaising with contractors and suppliers, procurement of goods and services, oversight of Health & Safety, First Aid and Fire compliance, organisation  and preparation of office moves, upkeep of office equipment and more! They are looking for a self-motivated, team player with strong communication skills and the ability to create and maintain good working relationships.
 
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, with the drive to achieve results. Ideal experience would be within Office/Facilities management; dealing with suppliers and procuring goods.
 
This is a very exciting but busy time to join the business as they are growing and making big changes to their internal layout. You should therefore be prepared to throw yourself in at the deep end and make yourself indispensable from the get-go. They offer great long-term prospects for strong candidates with a desire to carve out a career in this area of the business. A friendly but hard-working company.
 
Their core hours are 9-5:15pm and they are offering up to £32k with great benefits and bonuses.
