A leading independent Tax Consultancy, servicing renowned private, High Net Worth Individuals and families seeks engaging, hardworking and detail-driven Team Assistant /secretary who has experience working in an accounting firm.

This firm is looking for a bright and extraordinary secretary who is dynamic and wants to get involved in the inner workings of the business. This the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for a role that involves more than the classic duties of being am EA. This would be great for someone who want to perhaps become a company secretary in the future.

This role offers scope for professional development and the chance to enter various areas of the business. You will be the glue that binds the firm's clients to the business. You will grow in confidence and learn how to network and establish lasting professional relationships.  

  • Upkeep and maintenance of the statutory files of international companies
  • Upkeep and maintenance of files pertaining client correspondence, including drafting of basic legal documents
  • Upkeep and maintenance of the financial files of international companies, including bookkeeping duties
  • Opening and management of bank accounts with international banking institutions
  • Assistance with the completion of Anti Money Laundering checks and Know Your Client due diligence
  • Maintenance of a good working relationship with the other global offices, ensuring that open communication is kept at all times and that information is shared

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in an accounting firm is a must
  • French or Italian is desirable
  • Experience of working in an international and fast paced environment.
  • Experience as a team assistant is desirable
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality and handle very sensitive information
  • Excellent MS Office skills to include Word, PowerPoint and Excel
