An international investment company is looking for an Office Assistant to join their team in London! This boutique company is a great place to work for those that are interested in assisting a small team and eager to help with day-to-day admin duties in the office.

 

What are we looking for?

- Someone with 2-3 years experience in a similar environment

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, 
PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat

- Office management experience is ideal (office maintenance, working with printers, copiers, troubleshoot issues, etc.)

 

Some responsibilities:

- Front desk duties (greeting clients, deliveries, etc.)

- Maintain office supply 

- Organise meeting spaces and conference calls

- Liaise with international offices and accountants
