We have just taken on an excellent opportunity for a Receptionist to join a global private equity firm based in Mayfair. There are around 70 people working in the London office.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the firm, therefore it is imperative that you represent them positively as a brand ambassador, and always maintain a seamless level of customer service. This is a meaty and varied Reception role; your main front of house responsibilities will include meeting and greeting, managing the switchboard, serving tea and coffee, arranging couriers, post and just mucking in when needed.

This role has the potential to develop into a more senior position with extra responsibilities being offered to the successful candidate who wants to develop and learn a new skill such as office management and admin/PA support for others within the firm, including the CEO (meeting arrangement, travel booking...) The client is looking for someone with a muck-in attitude, who can be a team player and has a great work ethic. Excellent communication and Microsoft Office competencies are essential, as well as strong experience within a customer service environment. Corporate experience is highly desirable but not essential.

The core hours are 8:30 - 6pm and the client will offer up to £28,800 for the right person along with an excellent benefits package which includes healthcare, pension, and discretionary bonus.
