A brilliant job opportunity has arisen with a fantastic company based in Newcastle. A position of an Outbound B2B Customer Development Assistant has become available within their Northumberland / Newcastle site with a salary of £22000 with OTE £30000. This role would suit somebody from a sales background.
Your New Role
Your new role as an Outbound B2B Sales Advisor, with a salary of £22,000 with OTE £30,000, will involve talking to customers on a daily basis and generating sales opportunities and leads through consultative selling. You will manage your own leads and will see these leads and sales through to completion utilising your opportunity management skills. Whilst working to targets in order to result in exceptional sales results, a high level of customer service is essential in order to deliver fantastic quality of service alongside developing and maintain excellent working relationships. Another aspect of the Outbound B2B Sales Advisor position will involve booking and attending meeting with potential customers in order to close sales. Your region will cover the North East, from Northumberland down to Sunderland.
A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role as you will be driving to your booked meetings.
What You'll Need To Succeed
You need to be sales driven, proactive, not afraid to pick up the phone, resilient and have the ability to cold call and sell over the phone. You need to be sales driven and a team player that has the ability to generate your own sales. You need to be enthusiastic, excited and passionate about the product and services you sell; and have a motivated, proactive and positive outlook is essential. Ideally, you will need to have relevant experience in an outbound cold calling sales environment; although candidates with customer service but the drive and hunger to sell will be considered.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
