Private Household PA

Private Household PA - Kensington.  I am looking for an experience Private PA to work within a very busy Kensington household with 3 young children (Nanny, housekeeper, chef, cleaners etc) who can oversee the household staff, deal with any matters pertaining to the house, trades and visitors to the house. Running a very busy and sometimes chaotic private diary for the parents and organising extensive travel overseas.  5 years + as a Private PA is essential (mostly within a private household with children).  A self-starter with a proactive and hands on manner or working is also essential.  Discreet, professional with a stable career history is needed and security checked.  You will have great logistics skills able to liaise with  the two working parents (long hours in the City) and effectively take over the management of their private lives and household.  The family own multiple properties abroad and you will liaise with the managing agents, staff to co-ordinate their arrival/needs etc.

Top Excel skills are needed as you will run the household budgets off this and run the household like a very busy business and keep things running smoothly.  A problem solver and always proactive (not reactive) to minimise problems and deal with important matters straight away.  Intelligence, loyalty and discretion are paramount for this charming and very busy family.
