Fabulous opportunity to be the PA / Office Manager for a creative interior design showroom based in Chelsea. Really friendly talented team.
An exciting and varied role which would suite an extremely efficient person who is keen to get involved in all aspects of a creative and growing business. It involves high level administrative work and the co-ordination of marketing projects as well as the smooth running of the office and showroom.
The role would involve but not be limited to:
ADMIN
- Maintaining existing procedures and systems, as well as implementing new ones
- HR – maintaining personnel records, and administrating the recruitment process from both the office and workshop
- Ensuring all IT & communications systems are running smoothly
- Managing office diary and organising staff travel
- Ensuring the showroom is ready to receive customers at all time
MARKETING
Marketing projects that you will be involved in include
- Website management – ensuring the website is accurate and fully up to date at all times
- Co-ordinating the layout, printing and mailing of sales literature
- Managing image library
- Co-ordinating of photos hoots
- Co-ordination of exhibitions and events
- Supporting the PR team
Key Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to think clearly and come up with intelligent solutions to problems
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent organisations skills
- Excellent communications skills – both written and verbal
- Prepared for a challenge.
Salary up to £35, 000 according to individual
