Studio Administrator

This is a fabulous opportunity for a hungry, focused and passionate individual to join a busy design and branding agency.

The focus of the role is to support the CEO, Client Services Director and Senior Account Managers on all projects that go through the studio.  It’s a full on varied role providing project support, attending client meetings, ensuring internal and external status meetings and project planning meetings take place, as well as maintaining electronic accounts system, producing estimates, purchase orders, and checking sales and purchase invoices, coordinating meetings and booking travel for the team.  It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone hungry to grow in design agency and really make a role their own.  The role is what you make of it with the idea of moving into an Account Executive and beyond!  In order to be considered you must be incredibly bright, articulate, pro-active, uber organised and confident with excellent communication skills and a passion for design and luxury.  You will also need to be a graduate, or equivalent, with at least one years’ experience in a support or AE type role in the design industry.  Think this could be you?  Send in your CV by clicking on apply now.
