Operations Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Operations/Project Manager based in West London. The role is to oversee and manage remotely a charitable project taking place overseas.

You should be a jack of all trades and willing to get your hands dirty, literally, as you physically help to build the project overseas. Although based in the West London offices Monday to Friday, this role will require international travel once every 2 – 3 months for up to 2 weeks.  

Although a charity, this project is to be run as a business, managing budgets, P&L, writing contracts for agreements, running events and dealing with all press, marketing and social media. You should be a self-starter and pro-active, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time. The team are fun, dynamic and very fast-paced with a busy working environment.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate with at least a 2:1 and proven experience in an Operations or Project Management role. The company offer a competitive salary with benefits such as pension and gym membership.
