EA to UK Programmes Director Temp £14-16ph, VALID DBS, London
With a busy recruitment period on their hands, this organisation is on the lookout for an experienced EA to join their team for an immediate start supporting the UK Programmes Director.

Who will you be working for?
The company is a leading global charity with an international presence engaging in aid relief and emergency support to children and vulnerable adults. This is an organisation dedicated to helping those in need in all corners of the world. As this organisation is involved with various campaigns and fundraising projects, this means that your time at this company will be both challenging and rewarding. Based in the heart of London Farringdon, great opportunity to explore and venture to various restaurants and bars.
You MUST have a valid DBS certificate due to the nature of the organisation and their mission of helping children and vulnerable adults.
What does the job consist of?
- Provide high quality support for their board meetings, diary management, including logistics, travel, minutes
- Take high quality minutes and actions
- Inbox monitoring on a daily basis
- Assist with ad hoc meetings, briefings and communications as required
- Help plan and manage the end to end process for their board meeting
What will the successful candidate be like?
- Good organisational and time management skills; producing high quality work to tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with people at all levels
- Ability to use own initiative to solve problems and generate new ideas
- A high degree of flexibility and adaptability in order to respond to changing needs
- Extensive administration experience
- Ideally at a Director level and you must have a DBS check valid within the last 2 years.
You MUST hold a valid DBS certificate due to the nature of the organisation and their mission of helping children and vulnerable adults.
