EA: Legal and Compliance team

A hugely successful, global Private Equity firm are looking for an experienced and professional EA to support their legal and compliance team. Ideally, you will have awareness of commercial law and knowledge of document production and preparation. This is a maternity contract and so will be for at least a year, starting in April. 

Supporting the Head of Compliance, the Head of Legal and a small team, you will have your work cut out! They travel extensively and you will be looking after their diaries and inboxes as well as liaising with other offices to ensure everything is running smoothly and efficiently! 

The ideal candidate will have:

• 7+ years in Private Equity, having supported a legal team at some point 
• A keen eye for detail as well as the ability to anticipate a problem before it escalates
• Some financial tracking experience of handling documents
• The ability to work as a team and build relationships quickly
