Based in gorgeous offices in Central London, this prestigious academic membership association is over 150 years old and is held in extremely high esteem, offering invaluable support to its community in terms of providing grants, awards and prizes; publishing journals and organising lectures and meetings.
They are now seeking a talented PA to provide support to the Executive Secretary. This multi-faceted role not only has a secretarial element but also has responsibility for HR and payroll administration.
This PA / HR / Payroll Administrator opportunity would suit a numerate individual, ideally with some HR and / or payroll experience who is process-driven and interested in setting up and maintaining HR and payroll systems as well as managing recruitment and interview processes.

To be successful in this PA / HR Administrator role, you will have:
*Degree level education or equivalent
*PA / secretarial / HR / payroll / administrative experience, ideally within a membership or not-for profit organisation
*Strong English language and grammar
*Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
*Excellent MS Office skills
*Experience managing complex diaries
*High level of numeracy and experience dealing with figures
*Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion
Key areas of accountability within this PA / HR Administrator position include:
*Administrative support to the Executive Secretary
*Managing diaries, appointments, travel
*Handling emails and queries
*Typing meeting notes
*Drafting letters and documentation
*Managing and organising meetings

*Setting up and maintaining payroll records
