We have a lovely graduate role for a candidate who is interested in making a career in finance as a Business Development Associate at a private investment firm. The offices are based in Central London and paying £20,000-£30,000 DOE.

The ideal Graduate Associate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, will be detail-oriented, will possess a great attitude, able to work independently and have strong communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrable interest in the Financial Services industry
  • Knowledge of Financial Marketsconsidered a benefit but not essential
  • Highly proficient on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Personal or professional track record of achievement
  • Highly professional and independent work ethic
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and take initiative
  • Efficient organisational and time management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to Requests for Proposals for potential clients
  • Creating pitches for potential clients
  • Writing and maintaining Due Diligence Questionnaires for the Intermediary market
  • Create educational materials and help set up and deliver presentations to the Intermediary market
  • Regular communication with prospects including presentations, fact sheets, and performance reports
  • Identify, set up and join meetings with potential clients and relevant key contacts
  • Marketing campaigns and direct prospecting including managing sales lists and disciplined following up
  • Maintaining of pipeline and marketing materials
  • Regular competitor analysis and reports on market positioning/ competitor analysis
