A leading private equity firm need a great Office Manager/ PA to support them. The role is wide ranging.  The firm provide expert boutique banking, capital markets and debt advisory services to investors in private equity.  Based in fabulous offices in the West End.

Responsibilities

  • HR, processing payroll, recruitment, health and safety, policies, new starters
  • Arranging all events
  • Managing the suppliers, all subsequent expenses, stationery, keeping records
  • Managing the website, media coverage, advertising
  • Dealing with IT
  • PA support; diary, meetings, lunches, dinners, travel, accommodation, correspondence, conference calls
  • Screening calls, relationship management and reporting
  • Producing briefing papers, reports and presentations

Requirements

  • You’ll need to be highly organised, have great attention to detail and able to multi-task
  • Previous experience in financial services
  • Flexible and fast learner
  • Ability to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Previous PA and Office Manager experience
