Executive Assistant to Director of High Growth Consultancy

My Client, a high growth consultancy company are looking for an exceptionally bright, confident and driven Executive Assistant to support at Director level.

This involved Executive Assistant role will see you proving yourself initially with comprehensive diary and travel management as well as taking on full administrative support with exacting attention to detail. You will act as the key point of contact for your Director and will be expected to reflect their tenacity and professionalism whilst maintaining a positive, light and personable manner. This is a new role within a up and coming company and as a result there will be the scope to take on additional projects as you grow with the company, who are known for encouraging accelerated development within their teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and a commitment to problem solving. You will high-energy and naturally resourceful with a can-do attitude and a positive outlook. You will be able to think laterally, will enjoy client contact and be able to demonstrate previous Executive Assistant Experience. Exposure to HR, Finance or Marketing will be beneficial.
