My client is a leading Investment Bank based in Canary Wharf and they are looking for an experienced PA to joining their IBD team. This role is offering 3 days a week on a job share basis with another PA. You must have previous Investment Banking experience and ideally from within IBD. Your duties will include:

• diary management to MD's and team of 5
• full international travel arrangements
• arranging meetings on and off site
• processing expenses and invoices
• preparing and amending PowerPoint presentations
• acting as gatekeeper to all calls
• email management

This role requires someone with strong communication skills, and who is able to think quickly on their feet and prioritise their workload. You must have strong systems skills. This role is offered on an ongoing temporary contract, and will run for 20 months, possibly to go permanent.
