Your new company
An small independent Financial Services firm located in Shoreditch are looking for a general Office Manager and team PA to help ensure everyone working day can run smoothly.
Your new role
You will be supporting the general day-to-day running of the small 7 person team, providing a range or Personal Assistant duties to general Adhoc office management.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must be a sensible and motivated individual who takes pride in everything you do. You will be organised and understand the importance of prioritisation a busy work load.
You will be reporting directly to the CEO, so you must have exceptional communication skills and understand the importance of working within a corporate environment.
You will have come from a small Financial Services company supporting a team of no more than 50 people. Coming from a start-up company would be adventurous.
Having had experience using "Zero" would be a huge advantage.
