Semior PA/Secretary with fluent Spanish

REQUIREMENTS
Reporting to the Senior Executive Assistant to the Chairman, CEO you will support four Directors You will also provide back-up support to the CEO, Chairman and other Executive Directors as necessary. The role is totally bilingual and your English and Spanish need to be perfectly fluent

*Provide diary management for the four Directors
*Manage all travel bookings and itinerary development for the four Directors
*Create PowerPoint presentations in Spanish and English and other team literature/documents and help maintain a library resource for all such documents
*Draft letters and other correspondence
*Act as 'gatekeeper' for the Directors; monitor/answer telephone calls and take messages
*Provide general administrative and support services such as processing expenses, ordering stationery, recording absences, registering for seminars/courses and arranging desk moves
*Co-ordinate staff related activities such as annual performance reviews and induction for new starters (to include IT requirements/logistics) for relevant teams
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact lists for the Directors
*Maintain effective team filing systems
*Build and maintain effective working relationships with key contacts
*Work closely with the other senior secretaries to provide a comprehensive support to the team

REQUIREMENTS
Previous solid, senior level secretarial experience
Banking or other blue-chip company experience
Another European language would be useful
