We are a boutique London support and secretarial staff recruiter with clients working in Media, Advertising, PR, Digital, Creative, Publishing and Luxury Brands. We are preferred recruiters to some of London’s most dynamic Film, TV, Media and Advertising businesses and we are looking for top level PA’s to step in to some high profile PA roles to cover sickness, holiday and other absences.

We are currently seeking candidates with 5 years + PA experience with impeccable Microsoft Office skills, knowledge of SAP, a fast typing speed, media industry experience at any level and the ability to quickly adapt to a new role.  You will be skilled at organising complex travel arrangements, assisting senior managers, working both independently and as part of a team. You need to be flexible, enthusiastic, bubbly, friendly and willing to learn with a strong eye for detail and a proven track record of hitting tight time frames.
