Head Booker - Talent Agency

Handle Recruitment are currently looking for a Head Booker to make an impact in a maternity cover contract within a fantastic, high end modelling agency, based in Central London.

This role will require a Talent Booker with previous experience in a similar role, who will be responsible for:

• Heading up the team of 5 individuals
• Liaising between models, clients and the agency using face to face meetings, telephone and email communication
• Taking and fulfilling job briefs
• Negotiating contracts and rates
• Scheduling meetings and ensuring models have all information needed to attend appointments

To be successful in this role, we are looking for:

• A highly motivated individual with the ability to work in a fast moving environment.
• Previously experience as a high volume Booker, ideally from a fashion, advertising or media background
• Demonstrated experience of working in a client facing role, both face to face and over the phone
• Line Management experience (preferred)
• Immediately available or short notice period (preferred)
