Administrator - Customer Services within Luxury

Our client, a fantastic luxury brand based West End is looking for an excellent Customer Service Administrator to work in their beautiful store-based offices.

Looking after the after-sales customer service support with HNWIs (via email, phone and some face-to-face)- essential to be articulate, helpful, polite and friendly!

Excellent IT skills required and SAP knowledge would be a bonus.

5 days per week- spaced over Mondays- Sundays.
