We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our client based in East London who are specialists in creating handmade bakery treats! You will be joining a young a vibrant team, the sky is the limit with endless opportunities here! You will grow and gain further experience as the company expands!

The position is Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5:30pm in a spacious office! We are looking for someone who has strong office and administration experience, is very confident on the phone, professional when dealing with customers and has a 'can do' attitude. Experience with SAGE Accounts would be preferred.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Speaking with customers on the phone daily.
  • Using SAGE to compile sales orders and generate invoices.
  • Preparing paperwork for our deliveries, and liaising with our drivers.
  • Assisting our sales team with administration tasks.
  • Offering support in other areas of the business.

They are a small friendly team, and as a dynamic company they are always open to new ideas. The sky is the limit for the right applicant. They are looking for someone who can grow with them as they continue to expand. Starting pay is £22k p/a, but we would expect this to rise to £26k after 12 months with company growth.
