Front of House Deputy Manager

A globally leading law firm is now looking to recruit a Front of House Deputy Manager/Supervisor to join their hospitality team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a polished, professional and experienced front of house supervisor to work in one of the leading professional services environments in the City. The firm is looking to meet candidates who have had an accomplished career in managing a busy meeting room, conference room or hospitality team, whether in professional services or more likely within the 5* hospitality/hotel/catering industry. This role will have direct responsibility for a team of 14 receptionists (+ 3 team leaders) and 3 meeting room coordinators who manage a meeting room suite of c70 meeting rooms and a 170+ seat auditorium. The firm have a client footfall of approximately 5,000 visitors to their London offices each month, which requires meticulous planning and staffing to ensure each one receives a class leading service. Part of this role is to ensure that the firm's resources are matched and tailored to the client demand as well as supporting/supervising the wider front of house and meeting room team. The firm is hoping that candidates will have had experience on a similar scale to this role and can bring with them ideas on how to improve service levels and efficiency.
