Interim HR Lead for Training and Education could become Temp - Permanent up to £41,373 Colchester

An award winning social enterprise, providing more than 40 NHS community healthcare services, predominantly to the population of North East Essex has an exciting new position for an Interim lead within their Training and Education division. This role may also evolve into a temporary to permanent position


Your new role
As the Lead for the training and education division you will support the assistant director of clinical development to implement, develop and monitor the roll out of a new Electronic Staff Record (ESR) and an Oracle Learning Management system (OLM). You will support and train the staff with the new system, embedding the new interactive performance management culture to all staff members. You will also be instrumental in the compilation of a detailed Job evaluation and gap analysis across all divisions ensuring each role has a measurable and structured job description.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have exceptional change management experience and ideally have a working knowledge of ESR and OLM systems. You will be a strong CIPD qualified HR professional looking for a challenge and ideally have a background in training and education. For the right candidate there may be flexibility in reducing this role down to a part time position 4 days per week. You will be also be working with the Joint Union Management Partnership, so experience of working within this environment will be an advantage.
