Exciting opportunity to work as support to a fast-paced, dynamic investor relations team within a well-established investment management firm. Are you extremely organised, proactive and looking for a new challenge? This role requires you to be confident, ambitious and a strong administrator!
Responsibilities
Investor Relations Support:
- New investor processing, including AML and KYC procedure
- Assist with investor communication and outreach
- Liaise with investor community and answer basic investor and adviser queries
- Assist with answering queries from investors/advisers by running investor reports
- Maintain contact information in CRM system
- Collect and file investor correspondence and documents
Office manager:
- Act as first point of contact – meeting/greeting guests, answering calls, directing queries to appropriate team member
- Coordinate meetings, presentations and events internally and externally including quarterly investor meetings
- Ensure smooth running of office – liaise with building maintenance to report/fix problems, ordering supplies (including food)/stationery, deal with inbound/outbound mail
- Generally provide support throughout the business where needed
- Arrange meetings and coordinate diary management for members of the team (and arrange travel where necessary)
- Assist the legal team with certain aspects of the investment process
- Assist finance team with the weekly processing of invoices
- Ad hoc requests
Requirements
- Strong academic background
- Confident, intelligent and well presented with strong communication skills
- Exceptionally well organised and able to manage tasks from inception to conclusion
- Proactive in anticipation of the needs of the team and the requirements of the office
- Resourceful and logical: able to find a way to deal with problems
- Must be competent on standard Microsoft IT packages
