Internal Communications Manager

If you have 3 years of experience in employee communications, including working within the banking sector, this could be the next step on your career ladder. You will need to have excellent editorial skills, experience in stakeholder management and a strong IT skill set.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders
• Define stakeholder communications requirements and provide them with advice and counsel
• Developing a strong understanding of the business and their strategic goals
• Supporting the Communications Business Partner in defining and implementing communications strategies
• Develop channel approaches that support the delivery of communications
• Lead rollout of campaigns and activities , implementing initiatives as appropriate
• Work closely with team members to ensure effective planning and alignment of approaches
• Evaluate the reach, efficiency and effectiveness of channels and communications in achieving common communication objectives

Requirements

• Strong academic performance
• Extensive experience in a range of communications roles
• Previous experience in a corporate organisation
• Excellent communications and writing skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise at all levels with both internal and external clients and stakeholders
• Highly organised with strong time management skills
