We are looking for an exceptional Team Administrator/Team Assistant with proven experience at completing various tasks and projects.  You will be an energetic and positive individual with a genuine interest for providing all aspects of administrative support within this dynamic environment.

You will be based in the heart of the City in stunning offices overlooking the Thames.  This role isn’t for the mundane and you will be given plenty of variety with high-levels of responsibility where dealing with high-profile individuals to CEOs of global multi-national organisations will be the norm.   Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively manage Partners diaries
  • Make Partner travel arrangements where necessary
  • Co-ordinate diaries and organise meetings.
  • Assist Partners and researchers with all documentation including letters, proposals, research reports, briefs etc.
  • Ensure Partners are fully prepared for business development meetings with background information, maps etc.
  • Process candidate and Partner expense claims – liaising with Accounts.
  • Create and manage mailing and marketing lists and undertake appropriate research projects

You will also be required to work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager with social media and arranging regular events, therefore an interest in events and social media as well as experience of websites and design skills is desirable.
