We have an exciting role working for a not-for-profit NGO that works with high-profile companies and other charities to make integrated annual reports. The role is an Administration and Programme Support Associate based in beautiful offices in London, paying to £26,500.

This not-for-profit NGO is a global coalition that uses corporate reporting to communicate a clear, concise story that explains how all of their resources are creating value. It helps businesses to think fully about their strategy and plans, make informed decisions and manage key risks to build investor and stakeholder confidence and improve future performance.

Duties:

As Administrator you will be responsible for providing coordination and delivery support to the international team across a range of programmes and activities, including the Business Network and the Training Programme.

The role also provides secretarial support to four members of the senior management team, who report directly to the CEO.

Specific responsibilities of the role include:

  • Providing ad hoc project support to the senior management team, including performing research and assisting with presentations
  • Organizing internal and external meetings for the senior management team, including:
    • the preparation of materials and associated follow up
    • researching and booking travel arrangements often internationally with multiple attendees
    • combining meetings and events, when possible, in order to maximise opportunities when travelling
  • Coordinating and supporting the company's engagement activities with region partners, network participants and targets, including researching key markets, industries and organizations
  • Coordinating marketing and outreach activities including webinars, conferences and teleconference calls
  • Supporting appropriate and timely follow up with internal colleagues and external partners and contacts
  • Ensuring contact and engagement information is up-to-date in internal systems and producing and distributing relevant updates on a regular basis
  • Maintaining a pipeline of organizations or third-parties that may become future targets using the company's relationship management system
  • Managing the delivery of various marketing and communications activities including providing input to webpages, newsletters and briefings
  • Helping to drive progress on agreed plans, liaising with stakeholders and supporting the delivery of agreed outputs, using project tools and templates.
  • Coordinating and collaborating with other members of the team to develop and deliver the work programme in support of strategy and overall objectives
  • Contributing to internal and external conferences, webinars, publications and other related collateral
  • Carrying out other duties as required and agreed from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated with a professional attitude, able to fill the role with a degree of autonomy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deal confidently with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable working under pressure, often to tight deadlines whilst managing a range of priorities
  • A calm, confident and professional attitude, a self-starter who collaborates well
  • A good understanding of the corporate reporting landscape and/or financial services is desirable
  • Good project management skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (ref., Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Commitment to team success
  • Good command of spoken and written English.

The successful candidate will be diligent and self-motivated, flexible and able to think laterally. You will be commercially focused and driven with experience of project management.
