Our client is a leading independent mobile phone provider to UK business based in West London
THE ROLE:
The role of the HR Executive is to develop, advise on and implement policies relating to the effective use of personnel within the organisation.
A key responsibility of the HR Executive is to oversee recruitment and ensure that the organisation employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience, and that training and development opportunities are available to employees to enhance their performance and achieve the organisation’s overall goal.
The HR Executive is responsible for employee relations ranging from holiday requests, performance management and reward.
Another key responsibility of the HR Executive is employment law and the implementation of company policies, ensuring that these are understood by and adhered to by all employees.
The HR Executive must have a clear understanding of the business plan and objectives in order to devise and implement policies which select, develop and retain the right staff needed to meet these objectives.
