Media Partnerships Support (Arabic Speaking)

Our client, a global online tech leader, are urgently seeking an Arabic speaker to join their Media Partnerships team. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with exceptional customer service skills to join an innovative and global leading business.
The post-holder will support emerging talent within the Middle East, in order to enhance their user experience and maximise product effectiveness. This individual will work directly with media partners, acting as a primary contact, providing support, collecting feedback, and managing communication.
Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in the support experience
- Recommend products and solutions
- Solicit, organise, and contextualise product feedback
- Organise lists of media partners and track support requests
- Help educate and on-board new partners
- Troubleshoot to quickly resolve partner issues
- Ensure the success of partners through basic training and consultations
We are looking for an ambitious individual who is a fluent Arabic speaker, and someone that possesses proven customer support experience. If you have contacts or connections within media in the Middle East that would be ideal but is not essential, as long as you possess the required language skills.
You must be passionate and have a strong ability to create world-class customer experiences. You need to be really confident at offering support to customers either over the phone or at live events, and be able to juggle a varied workload within an extremely fast paced and reactive environment.
