Team Assistant/ PA - West End Investment Management Firm

Fantastic Team Assistant role within an investment management firm.  We are delighted to offer this role, seeking someone exceptional to support the Head of Marketing and the team.

You will thrive on being busy and enjoy thinking and working independently.  You will be a fast learner, independent thinker and self-motivated professional.  Previous TA or support experience is essential, to allow you to hit the ground running in this role.

• Experience with meeting and travel coordination
• Strong Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, Outlook – PowerPoint is a plus)
• Confidence on the phone
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills

You will have an excellent eye for detail, and enjoy thinking ahead to avert potential problems.  Tasks will include:

• Being first point of call on the phone
• Meeting arrangements – internal, client and team
• Room bookings
• Complex, international travel arrangements and itinerary preparation
• Order refreshments/lunch if appropriate
• Booking IT requirements
• Maintaining various lists and spreadsheets
• Help with presentation
• Planning and execution of team events (in time)
• Financial administration – expense processing, invoice and PO raising/reconciling
• Other administration, as needed, e.g. procurement, filing, database and CRM upkeep, mailing list upkeep, managing correspondence, hot desk booking,
