An international financial services company is urgently looking for Polish and French speaking Customer Services/Administrator for a new role within their successful and expanding sales and marketing dept. The role will involve dealing with high net worth EU B2B clients on a wide range of customer service and financial based insurance projects and compliance.

This customer services position requires a fluent Polish and French that is interested in a great client focused role where client satisfaction and ensuring high level quality support are part of the daily duties and objectives. This is an excellent opportunity to progress into a career within the B2B financial services industry and grow with a well-established organisation that offers extensive training and international exposure. This is an entry level position so smart, motivated and driven graduates will also be considered.

Profile

  • Fluency in both Polish and French and English are needed
  • Any additional EU languages are a great advantage!
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable dealing with high level executive in a B2B environment
  • Previous experience or skills within customer services, client relationship management or client services, ideally dealing with corporate or professional financial service companies but motivated graduates will also be considered.
  • Previous experience having performed similar tasks with a customer services environment or someone interested and confident dealing with clients directly over the phone and face to face.
  • An interest or academics in insurance/financial services and financial information would be preferred
  • Engaging, organised personality with a strong customer focus
  • Team player with excellent work ethic
