A newly created role has arisen that would suit a bright Graduate who really wants to make a role their own and be an integral part of the business, working right hand with the Directors to push the business forwards.

Working within a modern City office with a rooftop terrace, the team are extremely social and have enjoyed team incentives to Paris and Spain.

A varied and challenging role where no two days will be the same as Team/Recruitment Assistant / Marketing Exec and Resourcer your remit will include but not be limited to:

Resourcer

• Advertising jobs on bespoke job boards
• Sourcing candidates via job boards, referrals, LinkedIn and other social media
• Working closely with the consultants to produce a long list for vacancies
• Booking candidates in to consultants diaries
• Formatting CVs – ensuring  all grammar and spelling is correct
• Uploading CVs on to the database ensuring that the information is correct 
• Attend client visits with Consultants

Marketing / Social Media

• Coordinating all marketing activity to include sourcing materials, literature and gifts
• Managing marketing results and feedback
• Researching Networking Events
• Updating Company Website
• Manage/update Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter feeds
• Research articles for social media platforms
• Manage LinkedIn connections – ask for referrals

Administration

• CRM Management – spot checks/audits
• Order office supplies
• Answer incoming calls / take messages
• Ad-hoc support to Directors and team where required

We are looking for someone who is extremely switched on and personable with the ability to push back.  Communication is key (both written and verbally) as is strong organisational and time management skills.  We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative and social environment and someone who has the ability to really carve out their own role!
