This is one of my favourite clients. They are a friendly but highly professional luxury brand. They are looking for a Team Assistant to support their busy and social sales team. The role is full on, liaising with HNW clients, managing busy diaries, arranging meetings, taking on all the admin for the team, even getting involved in office management tasks, keeping the successful team running. I’m looking for a well presented, polished and articulate junior, your client facing skills need to be 5 star and your telephone manner extemporary. Someone who is muck-in and proactive. You will need to have had some admin experience but personality is key here to fit in with the team.
