We have just taken on a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional PA/Office Manager to join an award winning private equity firm. This is a fantastic company to work for with a close-knit team, great company culture and a real work hard play hard attitude. Their beautiful offices are based in the heart of Marylebone!
 
As a Team PA/Office Manager in this firm, your main responsibilities will include; diary management, team travel arrangements (mostly UK), expenses, answering the phone, meeting and greeting visitors, events organisation, overseeing the day to day running of the office including maintaining all office supplies and more! There is a lot of scope to grow in this role and the more you prove your capability, the more responsibility given. 
 
To be successful in this role you must be switched on with meticulous attention to detail. They are looking for someone confident with the ability to engage with all levels of seniority, internally and externally. You should possess a great attitude, be flexible, organised and hard working with the ability to push back and manage upwards when needed.
 
They are a lovely team with a great sense of humour and enjoy the social aspect of their working life too. The successful PA/Office Manager should enjoy this office environment and really thrive in it! The ideal PA/Office Manager will have had exposure in a similar industry, and experience in a similar role.
 
Their core hours are 8:30pm-5:30pm and they are offering up to £40k, depending on experience, as well as a competitive benefits packages including; health and dental care, pension, annual discretionary bonus and 25 days' holiday.
