We have just taken on a lovely new Executive Assistant/Office Manager role for a global Executive Search firm in Mayfair with a friendly and energetic team culture. They have around 40 people in their London office, and other offices all around the world.
 
As EA/OM in this company, your EA responsibilities will include; diary management support to two Managing Partners, arranging extensive travel itineraries, supporting with business development, interview scheduling, managing the relationships between the clients and candidates, formatting CVs and updating the company database. Your Office Manager duties will include; supporting any IT projects and HR admin, acting as the Health & Safety representative, managing the employee benefits scheme, office mobile phones, office events, team nights out and more!
 
They are looking for someone bright and friendly that can work well in a work hard, play hard environment. Although the role is extremely busy, the team are all friendly and real team players so it is important that the successful candidate possesses the same qualities.
 
Core hours are 8:30-6pm (with some flexibility required) and they are offering a salary up to £55k, depending on experience.
