HR Manager

We have taken on a fixed term contract for a HR Manager at a leading private equity house in Mayfair. This boutique firm is well established and runs like clockwork and has an excellent reputation in the market. They have a collegiate atmosphere and are looking to expand globally to build on their current success.

The successful applicants duties will include, but are not limited to the following; administration of the employees' benefits, assist with payroll, record personal employee data, training and development coordination, invoices and general support of the team with ad hoc administration.

The ideal candidate will be discreet, articulate, approachable and efficient with excellent communication and numeracy skills. A solid background working within an HR function and ideally from within the alternative investment sector would be desirable. If you have a CIPD or Masters in Human Resources this would be advantageous.

The core hours are 9am - 6pm and the client is willing to pay up to £50k, along with some great benefits. This is a fantastic opportunity, and for the right candidate could lead to a permanent position.
