Client Relationship Executives
Salary ranging from £26,000 to £35,000
Permanent roles within the City of London

A leading merchant bank in the heart of the City of London are heavily recruiting within their Client Services department. This is to maintain the high standard required to satisfy the banks clientele and keep their great reputation within the present market.

These roles will not only give you the chance to showcase your existing knowledge and talent but also learn more and scale the extraordinary progression routes available in the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

*Telephone enquiries from both retail and corporate customers
*Acting as a point of contact for both external and internal enquiries
*Identify new customers and possible business opportunities
*Maintain a strong knowledge of all department products and be keen and efficient to learn new products and systems
*Manage departmental inboxes, take on team administration and write reports and reviews on an ongoing basis

Skills and experience include:

*Proven experience within a professional customer service based role, primarily having dealt with telephone enquiries
*Great communication skills, both written and verbal
*Ability to prioritise and stay focused in a busy environment
*Previous project work in a customer service role is desirable
*The desire for growth and success within their next organisation
