You will be joining a reputable mortgage broker based near Uxbridge, previous Administration experience ideally within Finance is preferred.

You will be joining a young and lively team who all have fun but work very hard! The role will be to work with the underwriters/advisers to assist with all aspects of the administration of new loan applications from initial enquiry stage through to loan completion.

What will I be doing:

• Answering telephones, assisting callers and taking messages
• Inputting new enquiries on the system
• Carrying out searches and references, including credit searches, Land registry searches, accountant and existing mortgage references
• Managing the diary
• Providing updates to clients
• Scanning completed files, and shredding sensitive data
• Completing compliance tasks & maintaining standards in a regulated environment
• Maintaining impeccable customer service standards at all times
• Maintaining up to date lender files on our internal system

What experience do I need to have:

• Previous Administration experience, ideally within the finance sector
• Clear and upbeat telephone manner
• GCSE Maths and English essential
• Competent in Microsoft Office suite including excel, word and outlook
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Impeccable organisation skills
• Full UK driving licence
