Team Assistant

A global investment bank located in the heart of the City is seeking an analytical and unflappable Team Assistant to support a team of investment professionals who require someone who is confident, assured and has demonstrable experience within a client facing team assistant role within investment banking.

Duties will include:

• Taking full responsibility for diary management, meeting planning and scheduling conference calls
• Arrange all travel, including internationally for the team which will include details itineraries
• Use Salesforce to ensure information is updated and maintained
• Prepare expense claims and ensure all deadlines are met
• Use your current experience of liaising with clients to forge strong working relationships and handle queries with ease giving clients' confidence their enquiry will be handled in a timely manner
• Assists with presentations and reporting on an ad hoc basis
• When needed act as a point of contact for global visitors from other offices

You are someone who works well in a small team who are logical in their style and rely on their assistant to be the calm in the storm (!) who is unfazed by juggling multiple tasks and working with different personalities. The environment here is professional, hard working with a focus on the pursuit of excellent.

Working with Salesforce and/or SharePoint would be an advantage
