HR Generalist

Our client, an International professional services company is looking to grow there already established HR function in there London office.

The role is an HR Generalist role supporting and coaching the managers, providing information and assistance to employees. Duties include;

  • Coaching managers on the right hires for their departments. Assisting with appraisals, disciplinary and grievance, promotions and training and development
  • Creating job specs, placing adverts and screening applications.
  • Reviewing salaries, creating adverts, liaising with agencies, conducting interviews for new hires.
  • Inducting and on-boarding of new hires in line with company standards.
  • Budget analysis and streamlining activities. Creating reports and analysis of data.
  • Liaising with payroll, L & D, hiring managers and the senior management team on strategic HR initiatives.
