Relationship Manager - Charity

COMPANY BACKGROUND:
A large, well respected and well known charity based in the City is seeking a Relationship / Account Manager to fulfill a temporary role of around 8 weeks, you will also be considered for the role on a permanent basis. 


PURPOSE OF ROLE:
As Relationship / Account Manager your role will be heavily client focused so strong communication skills are a must.  Managing a portfolio of donors you will be responsible for embedding them into the charity as well as seeking and researching potential new donors. 


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing a portfolio of established donors
Building a strong relationship with the donors that is two way and face to face
Providing information and reports to donors on a regular basis
Researching potential new donors to add to the portfolio
Maintain a database and filing system, ensuring all records are kept up to date

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
To apply for this role, you must have previous Account Manager / Relationship Manager experience gained within a charity.  You will be available immediately as the role is due to start asap.
