Legal Executive Assistant

Are you ready to take the next step in your PA career? We are looking to hire a top notch Executive Assistant to support at senior level for an international law firm. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to work for a forward thinking and progressive firm based in central London.

This is a high-profile role with exposure not only to clients but to internal stakeholders which requires the EA to be proactive and commercially aware with the ability to delegate and stand in for their manager when required.

As well as providing first class assistance to include complex diary management and international travel with detailed itineraries, you would be involved in projects and any additional work to ensure the department and its clients receive the best possible service.

Previous experience will include working within professional services or law supporting at senior level. Degree educated candidates are preferred along with expert knowledge of MS Outlook and experience of creating multiple itineraries across various time zones.
