A high-octane, challenging role for someone who loves solving complex organisational & logistical problems.  Managing ever-changing, complex diaries across global time-zones, you will be accustomed to handling a high-volume of organisational client work and handling overflowing inboxes.

The strong team-focused work ethic in this International Consultancy means that as a Partner level Executive Assistant, you will be an integral part of the team, will understand the work of your two bosses, will come to know and be influential with clients and will assist with many aspects of their workload. This firm is a leader in its field, a dominant player in the field with over 70 offices across Europe, Asia, the Americas, Middle East and Africa.

Supporting 2 Partners, this is a highly organisational role with a strong international focus. Duties include managing complex and ever-changing electronic diaries, planning and coordinating extensive internal and external meetings, and arranging all associated International travel (often three times weekly and generally always subject to 2 or 3 changes!). In addition, you will be responsible for creating client-ready documents, planning client events and using your excellent relationship building skills to liaise with their clients.

The two partners are described as fast-pace, fair, treating their colleagues well and creating an inclusive atmosphere. For example, attending meetings to ensure you are kept up to date with the progress of the projects to enable you to do your job to your best ability.

The company is sociable and likes to ensure the office and teams bond well. With summer and Christmas parties, team events, Executive Assistant team lunches as well as other sporting and social events, there is a strong sense of belonging to the firm.

It is essential for you to have strong Executive Assistant skills, have proven experience in managing busy diaries across international time-zones, handling heavy inbox management and dealing with complex, ever-changing international travel.

You should have a confident and outgoing manner, and see it as one of your skills to be able to persuade and influence people to commit to meetings which can often be tricky to arrange.

You should be looking for an inclusive work environment where your abilities are as integral to the success of the team.
